Seller reviewDenise Fox has a very warm personality which makes is a pleasure to deal with her. She is very aware of the Spokane market and the competing properties. Once we decided to go with Denise she was very quick to get the house listed and to get a Virtual Tour completed for potential buyers to see. Denise utilized the Virtual Tour when dealing with other brokers to insure that their clients has seen the Virtual Tour so as not to waste our time with people who did not like a Georgian Colonial or who felt that they wanted an Open Concept which our home did not. Denise would try very hard to get comments from other brokers and pass them along to us. Denise did a great job in getting our asking price when we had two potential buyers who started significantly below our asking price. She was also able to secure additional time to move out of our existing home due to my current health issue. Denise's reputation of being the top Spokane Real Estate Agent is one of the key reasons we chose her to represent us and we could not be more happy with the results.
