Denise McLean has been practicing real estate since 2001. She attended undergraduate classes at LaSalle University . A fter purchasing her first home, Denise decided to pursue a career in real estate, and took the required courses at Schlicher-Kratz Real Estate School in North Wales, Pennsylvania . After years of developing management and organizational skills, Denise returned to school by attending the University of Phoenix and solidified her career path. She received her bachelor of science in management degree in 2011; and her masters in management degree in 2013. As a Century 21 real estate professional, Denise has a genuine love for people and she strives to make each transaction with all of the associated activities free of stress, easy to understand, and at times, even fun. Buyer reviewDenise is experienced and knowledgable about the current real estate market. She always asks the appropriate questions and provides answers to get you the best service. We had a two real estate transactions, selling our home and purchasing a new home and her recommendations proved to be effective for both buying and selling, which resulted in smooth transactions. Denise was helpful in negotiating a great deal for the purchase of our new home. The sellers tried to place several contingencies when making an offer and Denise was very polite and tactful in letting them know the contingencies were unacceptable. They later accepted our offer. Denise treats you like family. She understands your needs and is available at a moments notice to show listings. She maximizes the time when showing listings and responds quickly to any communication. Dealing with other staff was limited but the broker reached out to us and asked us how things were going. Dealing with two separate transactions was flawless and the entire process was stress free.

Seller reviewDenise McClean is one of the best real estate agents in the business. We purchased our home through her in 2003 and now selling the same home in 2017. Selling and buying property at the same time can be stressful but dealing with Denise was such a pleasant experience it was amazing how smoothly settlement went. Denise is very knowledgable and confident in dealing with seller/buyer contingencies. Denise is also very patient and has great management of timing, placing house on market and also looking for a new property. When issues arise she works with the sellers/buyers to quickly resolve them. We already have plans for future investment property purchases.

Buyer reviewI had a lot of difficulty in closing the 203k loan, but Denise was constantly following up with all parties and kept me abreast of any activities and timing giving the fact we had a constantly moving target. We are successfully able to close and now I have a great opportunity to live in a beautiful house in a well established neighborhood.
