Despite a rough buyer's market and much difficulties with my lender, Denise was my advocate at all times. Very responsive, pro-active and had a genuine calmness that was appreciated when I wasn't so calm at times! I had another agent before Denise and often felt pressured by her to place a higher offer or make my deposit greater than I was comfortable with. Denise insisted that I feel comfortable at all stages and she respected my decisions, which I appreciate much. Thank you!

Buyer reviewWe have had a lot of dealings with agents in the last two years, 2 selling agents personally, 1 buyers agent that our daughter used and Denise as our buyers agent. We found Denise to be attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, available and courteous, I can NOT say this for any of the other agents I've dealt with in the past 2 years, at some point during all of those dealings we were treated as if we were putting the agents out with our questions and/or needs and questions went unanswered for days at a time with all three agents. NOT with Denise though, she was a pleasure to work with and she handled everything beautifully and professionally. THANK YOU!
