We had little bumps during transaction but his team worked very diligently and his knowledge about real estate made transaction smooth and able to close. He was excellent agent. He was always willing to answer questions that I had, get me into the house to check a measurement and meet at the house to allow a contractor in to get information needed to give a valid estimate. He always called to let me know he emailed me something that needed to be signed and returned. He is very detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of his profession. I cannot say enough about Dennis.

Dennis has the highest level of personal integrity and character that I've ever seen in the industry. I would not consider using anyone else. Dennis has empathy for his clients and puts the client's interests ahead of his own. That is extremely rare and hard to find. I hired an expert and I decided to both listen to him and to take his advice. That turned out to be the wisest thing I could have done. He handled the entire transaction, start to finish, magnificently.
