We started working with Dennis Kain this year to sell & buy transaction. We couldn't be happier with the service he has provided to us. Dennis is a straightforward, no sugarcoating, & no BS real estate agent. Our transaction was a bit complex, BUT he & his team navigated through complexities & got us to the closing table. He was always available to us via phone/text, etc, both nights & weekends. He made sure he explained us the details of each milestone throughout the whole process, which can be a bit confusing because there are many moving parts at the same time. He & his team were always on top of our transaction & that's hard to get these days. He knew the details of our transaction every time I called him & he would always update us almost instantly. At the end of the day, he was a perfect choice for us & I'm sure he'll be an asset for a future homebuyer/seller. Next we went with a well recommended couple, a "team", we never met the other half of the team, once again the ambition and integrity at the table when signing was a show. Us and our home were repeatedly disrespected, the realtor was clearly doing his job as a part time hobby, we were verbally abused, our doors and gates left unlocked and open repeatedly, we were lied to, items went missing from our home and it was a nightmare. We were living out of state, we are grateful for good neighbors who kept us aware of what they were witnessing. We are again grateful for Dennis Kain for so much which includes restoring faith in a good realtor

Dennis was recommended to us by a family member and we would recommend him highly to anyone. This was a very personal sale for our family and Dennis was kind and understanding with all our needs.
