I am an Horry County native and a full-time Realtor® with CENTURY 21 Thomas. Growing up on a farm in Green Sea, South Carolina and an alumnus of Coastal Carolina University, I take pride in my strong work ethic and honesty. These qualities have enabled me to build many long-lasting relationships. On a personal note, I am a volunteer at the Grand Strand Miracle League and am active in my church. I am an avid outdoorsman and enjoy fishing and hunting. Most of all, I enjoy spending time on our beautiful beach. My goal as a real estate agent is to help both buyers and sellers by making each real estate transaction as smooth and simple for them as possible. Seller reviewWe have known Derek for several years and done business together often over the years. Derek is local, knowledgeable, punctual, professional, quick to respond, and his extensive knowledge of the real estate market made for a seamless transaction for us, as well as our buyers. His knowledge of HOA procedures and requirements are what made this transaction exceptional, as we were dealing with an extremely unreasonable and unreachable HOA that is located out of state. Derek went above and beyond to adjust our sales approach to the right target market so that we were able to work around their ridiculous requirements for sale and acquisition.
