After a life in the frozen tundra of Wisconsin the past four years in the beautiful 'Sunshine State' has blossomed my love for real estate. Being an Business Entrepreneur with specialties in marketing and communications. I spent the first three years Pursuing my Degree in Pre-Med with an emphasis in Nano Technology and Cellular Biology (what a mouthful!) my passion for helping people has given me a great gift to serve the individuals in the community and give back my time, effort, and financial effort to make what we call home a better place.
I specialize in Investment properties and Marketing, but my number one goal is to make the process of buying or selling your home quick and as stress free as possible. Customer service what I believe sets the guidelines to how your home buying/selling process will conclude.

Buyer reviewDesaree was very attentive to important items on my "list"for what I wanted in a home. This was my first time buying a home, and because of COVID, my mom was not able to come out and help me. Desaree made me so comfortable and I had no doubts! She was knowledgable about all areas we looked at homes in, which include South Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, and Ahwatukee. Because of her knowledge and transparency, she was able to get me my home at asking price and beat out above asking price offers! I trusted Desaree completely with the closing process and she thoroughly walked me though everything. She was always available to answer any questions I had and went out of her way to check on me. She went above and beyond throughout the whole process and I am now proud to call her my friend because of this process. I will be referring her to all friends that will be buying or selling homes in the future.

She knew the area well where we were interested in buying and offered her time and services on the spot for that very day which we were impressed with. Desaree is a hard worker and always was proactive to get answers to any questions or concerns we had. She has a knack for reaching out and connecting with other agents. That is how we got the house we are in now . . . the inspection fell through with the other buyers and the sellers real estate agent immediately reached out to Desaree to inquire if her buyers (us) were still interested in purchasing. Anyone that has Desaree as a Real Estate Agent will be in great hands

Seller reviewThe reason I selected this broker is because the agent worked there.that is the main reason. Desaree is one of the hardest working agent I know in this business. She sold the house in one day. That says it all, she was a big help in getting it ready. She had it sold really before it went on the market. You can't find a better agent.
