Buyer reviewWe met with her because of a recommendation but instantly liked her personality and demeanor. She wasn't too pushy, answered all our questions, and provided insight that we don't have as new buyers. She was very responsive and was able to explain the lengthy process. She really made each step of the process easy along the way. She provided recommendations regarding negotiation and really helped us understand what we were able to ask for She was very easy to get ahold of, even when she was on vacation visiting her daughter. She was a great connection to the seller agent and was able to communicate how everyone was doing throughout the process. The staff was easy to get a hold of when needed and responded quickly to all my questions. We actually can't believe how fast the process was and did not expect to purchase a home as quickly as we did but we fell in love with the house and Diana made it super easy along the way.
