Buyer reviewThe purchase of our first home was definitely a more strange and difficult process than a typical home purchase would be, and Diane went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and fought hard for us when we needed her to. We cannot thank her enough! It did not matter what time of day I was calling or texting about the house, Diane would answer quickly. I don't think I would have been able to get through our difficult home buying process without Diane. She never failed to explain everything to me in a way I would understand and made sure I wouldn't panic about all the crazy things that happened during the process.

Seller reviewDiane Box was a great agent. Before she came to our home, she had already done her research so that she was ready to give her assessment on our home. She went over the paperwork with us and explained everything we had questions about. Within hours of putting house on market, she had people lined up to see it. Home was sold within a couple days. She kept us informed with each offer that came through. If we had any questions, she was easy to get a hold of. She stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process. Diane Box is very friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend anyone in the market to buy or sell a home to go see her.

Diane gave me great data for setting the price, was extremely helpful in recommendations on some modernization I was doing, did everything she said she would and in a timeframe always at or before she said it would get done, was always responsive, and used her local knowledge to help me with contractors to get some repairs done. Because of the work Diane did in getting ready to list the house, it sold in two days. I have worked with several realtors in my lifetime, and can state that Diane was the best one I have ever worked with. She gets my highest recommendation, If you are selling or buying and don't use her, you are making a mistake.
