Seller reviewI was unsure about which realty office to select, since I had not lived in Lake Havasu City for many years. When I looked in the Yellow Pages, I saw the Century 21 ad, and remembered that I had lived in 2 rental apartments managed by Century 21 when I lived in LHC. They had been very helpful and professional back in the day, so Century 21 was the first and only call I made. Diane Carlson was helpful and professional from beginning to end. My brother and I were selling the house on behalf of my father, who is in assisted living. My brother lives out of state; I live in another city in the state. We needed a representative who could keep an eye on things for us, since we were unable to do so, and keep in communication with us. She did all of that and more.
