Seller reviewDiane Schafer-Gawel was recommended to me by a friend after the loss of my mother. Finding the right agent was critical to me because I had to manage the sale of her home long distance. Buyer reviewDiane was amazing. She has been like family to my husband for 20+ years. Clearly, she knew she wasn't retiring on the commission of our house purchase, but she stayed very active in trying to find our first home. We looked at many dumps along the way and houses that we knew were out of our reach but always kept our minds open and in the game. We opted to purchase a house during in one of the most demanding markets in the area in the the midst of a seller's market. There were many times that my husband and I were ready to throw in the towel. Diane sensed this and I would always see another email in my inbox with a potential house. Our process started in November, 2016 and we were able to find our "perfect" little house exactly a year later. Since the closing she has checked in often and even dropped by for a visit.

Diane could not have improved upon any aspect of the process. I will forever recommend her to anyone who even begins to mention that they're in the market for a home purchase/sale.
