Buyer reviewDiane Walker and Pat Bistline are Real Estate Agent's you want to have in your Corner. Once we got to meet Diane and we got to know her, she asked for what we where looking for. Our List (Log Home, on flat acreage, w/ Water and reasonable) was challenging and she told this would be near impossible to find. All properties she send us where up our Ally and with the 2nd Batch she send us, the House that hit all points of our List. On a short notice she showed it to us and within a couple days we made our Offer and the Battle (3 Months) began with the Seller and it was nice to have Diane in a our corner. We are listing our Old Home with Diane and Pat in the next few weeks for sale as well. If you are looking for Real Estate Agents that Care about YOU, then look no further.

Buyer reviewWe saw a couple of houses online in Sandpoint area we were interested in for summer lake and retirement home in future, but only there 4 days. Diane Walker called us based from online inquiry, and made us welcome, important and at home. She dropped everything to take us out for 2 mornings. We loved her stories of the area and what compelled her to move there from California decades earlier. We found dream home on day 2. And once we decided to make offer, Diane helped us kick it into high gear without pressur, She was our advocate as we live out of state. Super communication and responsive through phone, text and email. She maintained her sense of humor and calm through some tough negotiations and got everything moving forward. We also used her local network to put us in touch with title, marina, dock, potential loan and interior design. It gave us options and confidence, this will be our long term home and community!
