As first-time buyers, we weren't completely sure of the whole process, but he made it a breeze for us and made sure we were on track. He was always a phone call away no matter the day or the time. He was very accommodating, would make sure we fully understood every step of the process, and wouldn't hesitate to repeat himself until we were clear. He is very well versed, and highly knowledgable of the area. He understood from the get-go, the kind of house and neighborhood we were looking for. We probably wouldn't have been able to buy the house, if it wasn't for his guidance. He made sure we enjoyed the process, even as first-time buyers, from seeing the house to making it our home, Dil truly held our hands throughout, and made sure we were never stressed. We truly thank him from the bottom of our hearts, and highly recommend him to anyone going through the buying/selling process. Dil Shrestha was very informative to explain us each single details of a home buying process. He listened to our home purchase criteria and provided multiple options that would fit. It was a hot real estate market and each sellers were getting multiple offers. Dil explained how to make a offer stand out in competitive market. He kept us informed in each steps of the buying process and was always available for each events. He is very approachable, polite and helpful. Dil is an experienced agent who would listen to your needs and work with you to find a best available deals in the market. I would work with him again in future.
