Donna Bigg, is very professional in all aspects for staging and marketing, and telling me the things that were needed to sell the house, she always kept in contact and always suggested things to improve the house. I've had many houses and commercial real estate that I've bought and sold though top agents but Donna Bigg is the best out of all of them. In my future real estate transactions I will be using Donna big again, and I highly recommend her to my friends and family. She worked hard on the whole process through out the selling of the home, and her work was incredible throughout the whole process of the sell of the house.

We had been working with Donna Bigg for over 3 years during our visits to Hot Springs Village. When we decided to move this year, Donna was there to help us find our forever home. She was very patient with us and showed us many houses until we found our perfect house. Donna demonstrated her knowledge of the area and showed us homes that met our requirements. Even though I was selling the home for my parents, CENTURY 21 United was wonderful and supportive in assisting me. The staging was a lot of fun and so were the wonderful responses from people. The buyers are a really nice family and we're glad they bought it and wish them well.

We were in Hot Springs Village and had wandered into the Welcome Center and talked with Donna Bigg and her father and we were so impressed by there knowledge and kindness. No feeling of a hustle from either one. Just very truthful, helpful people. Unfortunately, we were under contract to a different realtor and company and believe me we had buyers remorse. 2 years later when we were selling thehouse, I called Donna Bigg. It turns out our original realtor and company really did not do well by us at all and Donna did her utmost best to fix as much as she could and really turned out to be a gem. She is a Martha Stewart/Joanna Gaines pro. Amazing experience with an amazing woman. She knew our bottom line, that we had little to spend to get the house ready and she really took and old shoe and turned it into a showpiece on a budget. Always considerate of our time, our money and us. Anyone buying or selling a house needs to talk with Donna and hire her. She is truly the very best. Honest, reliable, trustworthy and the people she has working with her have just as much integrity as she does. Donna took us under her wings and took total care of us; she is honestly just amazing. We were so impressed with the professionalism and the scope of the marketing and selling of our house. Donna truly is an artist as well as very saavy and practical and went way above and beyond what anyone would expect with the amazing results of selling our house in just one weekend at top dollar. We would recommend her to anyone. She is so far above anyone else in the Village. If you want an honest, hard working, lead you by the hand when you need it realtor that is Donna. We have never met anyone like Donna. She really took care of everything including us when needed during what could have been a stressful time. She puts all other agents to shame. Yes, she is really that good. What can we say, Donna sold it in one weekend, and for top dollar!

Amazing service before and after the sale. I purchased a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhouse in Hot Springs Village, AR but for all the work that Donna Biggs did, you would think I was purchasing the most expensive home in Hot Springs Village. Just an incredible experience. Both the seller and buyer (me) were out of state. Donna coordinated the inspections and repairs on the townhome so we could close before the end of the year. If it had not been for Donna's knowledge of the area, CONTINUING to follow up with contractors, working with the title company and my mortgage company to make sure everyone got what they need, this sale would have taken much longer. In fact, the sale could have fallen through because the seller needed to close before the end of the year. Donna Biggs not only gives incredible service before the sale but also after the sale. An issue arose with the repair work that was done on the house and since I was out of town Donna stepped up and meet with 2 contractors and arranged for the work to be redone. NOW that is service before and after the sale. Her knowledge of the real estate market is unmatched. Donna is open and honest and will tell you what you need to know before you buy or sell a piece of property.
