She began with a walk through of the house and a suggested sales price. She then provided comps to show to other family members on the deed so we could all agree on a price. She gave suggestions about the property and prospective buyers. Within two weeks of a signed contract with her, she had an offer on the property. Donna stayed in contact throughout the process and was always there to answer any questions we had.
