Seller reviewFor our home sale, we selected Donna Lacey based on previous experience and her knowledge of the market area. I can't say enough positive about Donna's interaction and handling of the process. All aspects of the listing, showing, and closing seemed to flow properly and her courteous and professional interactions with us and potential buyers was superb. Her patience with us may just be her greatest attribute. The home sale process is very expensive and when market losses affect our home, it is painful. There were cost saving options available, but of course could not be guaranteed to sell the home for any higher value, faster, or even at all. We chose to accept the cost Donna presented to us because we trusted she could sell our home in a timely manner at a fair negotiated price. To that extent, we feel we received that value and were very pleased with the process and the outcome. Thank you Donna for a great experience!
