As a Johnson City native, you can rest assured that I am more than familiar with this area. My husband, Ken, and I are the parents of Carleton and Greg Lyon, who also are reside in Johnson City with their families. We have stayed in this area for one reason-we feel it is the best place to be!
What you need to look for in a realtor, in my humble opinion, are the following traits:
dependability, good knowledge of the real estate market, honesty, tenaciousness, a strong work ethic With that said, I am confident to say that I offer these traits to all my clients. My responsibility as your realtor, if you are selling a house, is to guide you in getting your home ready for market, and advertise your house in the best possible manner at an accurately priced amount. My goal is to help you get your home sold as quickly as possible!

Also, to be able to assist you, if necessary, in finding financing that will fit your wallet.

Century 21 staff (Tracey) was extremely competent and helpful as well. Donna also was helpful to us with local information and sources as we were new to the area. Additionally, Donna was extraordinarily thoughtful at closing, providing a meaningful remembrance to the Sellers as this had been their family home as well as a useful gift to us as Buyers.

Buyer reviewWe met Donna as a result of viewing the property we were interested in; it was one of about 25 we visited along the border of Eastern TN and Western NC. Donna was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful at every stage, and represented our interests well while also continuing to work as the seller's / Listing agent. We would certainly use her services again and we feel like we have gained a friend in the community as a result of the transaction. Although the scale for rating is capped at excellent, we would mark Donna much higher than excellent in all areas should the option be available.
