I thoroughly enjoy the real estate business while always keeping in mind I am helping my clients sell their largest asset and make their largest purchase. Most of my business is repeat customers and referral business which says I must be doing something right. Formerly, I was a mortgage broker along with other various positions in the mortgage industry for more than 10 years. This experience has helped me serve my clients with more knowledge and understanding of the entire home buying process. I also was a stockbroker and in the banking industry for many years. On a personal note, I am the mother of 2 grown men and I have enjoyed being their mother, getting them through grade school and college and am watching them now start their own careers and lives. It has been a very rewarding experience and I am very proud of them. I come from a very very very large, child oriented family where raising happy, productive children is the number 1 job. I grew up in the Indianapolis area and currently live and work in Zionsville. Donna understood our goals and wants, and worked hard to quickly present us with multiple houses to view. When we decided to build, Donna came to all of the builder meetings and was diligent in understanding the happenings and making sure we were correctly covered. I felt very secure with Donna's knowledge and expertise when buying/building our first home! She always asked great questions and gave us up-front information about what to expect and check. Donna was always easily reached via text or calling. She is a warm, wonderful person and realtor, and we will highly recommend her to anyone we know. I very much appreciate the protective "going to bat" stance she provided for us as buyers when we were negotiating terms on the inspection. She was very polite and professional but direct with the builder, and I feel this led to an efficient and straightforward process.
