Dorothy is a very strong real estate broker that I have worked with in purchasing multiple types of properties over 30 years, and is extremely qualified and knowledgeable about Hemet/San Jacinto area custom houses and raw land properties. She has numerous contracts with many other local brokers and is able to close difficult deals that require buyer/seller negotiations. Dorothy has been a leader in real estate sales for custom homes in Hemet for many years. We would only consider working with her and Century 21 n the future due to her high level of expertise and people-friendly skills in future purchases.

I first called Dorothy McGargill looking to find information on home values as we were just made conservators of a family member and needed to clean out his house & sell the property. Even tho she knew we were not even close to listing the house, Dorothy came out to see if she could help us in any way.She was so easy to talk with & she gave us the names of contractors, painters, window repair companies, etc. to use. Without her help it would have taken us much longer to get the house ready to sell, since we were not from the Hemet area. We had talked with several agents from other companies that contacted us, but we were not as comfortable with them as with Dorothy. Ours was a pretty rough sale & escrow (time wise) since everything had to be approved by the courts, but Dorothy kept us, the buyers agent & the buyers informed all along the way, her staff Lori was a great help as well. I would definetly recommend Dorothy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I believe Dorothy McGargill truly enjoys her job and it reflects in her demeaner when you talk with her.
