It was time to sell our mother's home of 67 years. Both my sister and I do not live in the area so a lot of the work would have to be done remotely. Dorrinda came highly recommended to us by a relative. At our first meeting, she listened to our needs and concerns. She presented her plan for selling the properly and ensured us that she would do whatever she need to do to sell the properly. After she view the property, she was very impressed with the upkeep of the property and felt very confident that property would sell fast. With us being remote, we were able to sign all the required documents electronically and communications were handled via phone, text and email. If Dorrinda was unavailable to talk, she would send out a text message or email stating that she was busing and would get to us soon. There were absolutely no communication issues. She handled the fire department inspection, notified the utility companies to stop service and made sure the house and property was 'ready' for the final walk-thru. She personally made sure that there would not be any issues. At the request of the buyers, the closing was done four days earlier.
