When considering the performance characteristics you list in this survey, Duane was far above Excellent in all areas. He was available to me whenever I called or needed to see him. This level of customer care is so rare these days, he is truly a pleasure to work with. Duane was the most friendly, professional and effective sales person I have ever dealt with. Duane was an excellent resource to help me prepare to list my house. He was confident the time on the market would be quick and just what I wanted, and he was 100% right. I always dealt directly with Duane and had no need to use the office staff.

Duane was with us every step of the way, giving us the best of his knowledge & experience, time & made it clear that we were his primary concern. Duane was completely respectful/professional, accessible, helpful & friendly while giving us (what seemed like) his total and complete attention. We searched for over a year with Duane to find the perfect house, property & location and he was always readily available to take our calls, go see a property (even numerous times), and help us to learn more about the areas we were searching in. We felt as though he was only working for us, no matter what we asked of him. Duane made us feel like we were a part of his family and worked tirelessly to help us find the best of everything we were looking for. Duane is the absolute BEST!
