Dustin Vance of CENTURY 21 Broughton Team

We had a wonderful experience with Dustin from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was like we were working with a good friend. Even though buying a house can be a very stressful experience, it didn't seem that way at all because he reassured us every step of the way. I would definitely want Dustin to assist us with any further home buying or selling should we need these services in the future.

Dustin was outstanding. We talked and he understood what I was trying to do. He took me step by step in the process and explained everything to me as the process unfolded. He insured that we stayed in communication during the process Dustin has great knowledge, uses it well and explains everything in layman terms so that I could understand Overall a standout far above anyone else. The team showed me that I was not just another client, I was a person and treated me with kindness and utmost respect

Like I previously said, Dustin was amazing! Did everything above and beyond what we expected! Was very prompt on communications which is extremely important! I can't think of anything h could have done any better!

Dustin Vance literally went above and beyond to help me out and I absolutely appreciate everything he has done for me he's a great agent! Whenever I had a question about anything he either knew the answer or if he didn't he made sure to figure it out for me. He was also compassionate and understanding and wanted to make sure that we were doing what was best for me the whole time and I truly appreciate him for that.

We have know Dustin for many years as he was close friends with our son. Having listed our house before and having no luck we learned that Dustin was in real estate. Before we had him list our house as we were reluctant to do as not having any luck he kept us informed of what came up for sale. No pressure on listing our house. I might add, Dustin was far from being a pushy salesman which is huge!! We did decide to list our house, signed contract to list house on Saturday, hit the market Monday and had offer Tuesday. He set up a program with the type of house we wanted to purchase, several came up and then the one we had looked at a couple years ago came up for sale again. This was at noon, Dustin showed it to us that evening and made offer the next day. Dustin was there all the way. I can't say enough how outstanding Dustin was in the communication aspect, from selling to buying to whatever. If there was an issue he got it resolved! He would text if an issue and always answered text, email, phone very promptly which is very huge as well!! He is a very important asset to Century 21 Broughton. I hope the company realizes that and does everthing to make sure he stays!
