Not only did Earl tell me if he liked the property, but he also kept it very real with me about what parts of the home were good and what parts werent. He also helped me with making an offer and kept me updated in real time with the process of closing. He helped set us up with a mortgage broker and lawyer that were also extremely professional. Overall I loved working with Earl, am so grateful to him, and am planning to refer him to all my friends.
