Buyer reviewMy parents have used Edgar Gosalvez for many of their home purchases in the last 20 years. When it came time for us to purchase our first home there was never a doubt in my mind that we would use Edgar as well. He listened to everything that we were looking for and gave us many pointers throughout the process. He spent a couple of months showing us various houses and listening to things we liked or disliked about each property. When it came down to putting an offer on the house we just purchased we knew that it would be a long process as it was a short sale purchase. Throughout many different issues we ran into through the purchasing process, Edgar was right there to walk us through each step. We are extremely grateful for everything that he did for us. I would recommend Edgar Gosalvez again and again.
