Seller reviewEdie is the best! I used her to purchase the house and to sell it and I never would have managed without her. She handled my crazy moments with ease and experience and went above and beyond anything I expected. Quite a bit of the sale was handled after I move overseas and I never felt out if the loop. She kept me updated regularly, even when there was nothing new. I can't emphasize how much Edie rocks!

Seller reviewThe property belonged to my son David. After he suffered a stroke in February 2013 I became his conserator and guardian. I live 140 miles from culpeper. Edie took care of the rental property until it was put up for sale. All transactions were taken care of via e-mail and she kept me informed of all developments until the final settlement which saved me a lot of miles driving to the office. In addition, Edie also took responsibility for seeing that all repairs were made in order to sell the property. I am very grateful to her for all her help in resolving the sale of the property for my son. She is very professional and I would reccommend her in a heartbeat to anyone buying or selling property.
