Seller reviewSelling with Ed was about as smooth as I could have imagined. He was responsive during every step in the process and always made time for our endless questions. Buyer reviewEd was awesome to work with. Always open for us to bounce idea's off of him, gave his opinion when he saw fit but did not push or force us into anything and understood our situation. His knowledge of East Boston was really fantastic to have, describing the different neighborhoods & what's on the horizon for this growing section of Boston. I really felt that he worked for us whether it be the punch list or working late on the weekends. We had a less then ideal inspection on our first offer and he guided us first time home buyers through that and into a place that we can now call home. I would be more then willing to recommend Ed to anyone looking in East Boston, especially first time buyers.

He give us personal walking tours of the city, pointed out areas of growth and knowledge of other businesses or residential properties going in. He understood what exactly we were looking for and worked without our budget and our perimeters to find it. He also was just truly a nice guy to be around, funny and approachable and easy to speak with. As first time home buyers, Ed took the time to get to know us, our styles, and made us less nervous to take such a big step.
