I was born in Shelby, NC and my wife of 22 years Dani, daughter Landri and I have lived in the Jacksonville area for the last 17 years. I grew up traveling all over the world as the child of an active duty military member. The military lifestyle never left my blood and after high school I decide to join the United States Navy. I spent 26 years serving on active duty and with those experiences combined with the experiences I had as a child I truly understand the dynamics that are involved in relocating a family. I?ve always had really helpful realtors and truly appreciate the way a good realtor can help alleviate the stress of buying or selling a home. I decided that I wanted to provide that same level of help to families and pursued a career in Real Estate. My goal is to help you and your family have the best experience possible whether renting a temporary home, buying your dream home or selling your current residence.

Our overall experience with Ed Hoke was nothing short of outstanding. The constant communication, the amount of homes he coordinated for us to view, and consistent flexibility were top notch. Ed helped my wife and myself with our first time home buying experience and we feel extremely fortunate that Ed was our realtor. He took care of absolutely everything and helped answer our hundreds of questions we had during the process. Being in the military it's difficult for some realtors to foresee potential issues that may arise in the home buying/selling process but Ed, being prior military, knew exactly how to present those potential issues to us and we were able to completely think through each potential purchase. Ed really couldn't have made our first time home buying experience any easier. We would recommend him to any and all of our closest friends as we now count him as a friend of our own.

Ed made selling my house easy for me and took care of everything. He was compassionate about my situation/military move and went above and beyond to make sure the sale did not add extra stress. I am beyond appreciative of everything he did. Ed consistently updated me on the progress of the sale and made sure any inspections that had to be done were always completed at my convenience. He even came out to make sure everything was handled correctly. I didn't even receive this kind of treatment from the realtor I used to buy the house! Definitely VIP treatment.
