My home buying experience was a stressful one. My mortgage broker was not at all attentive to me or my needs. I felt like a number and i was dealing with unsympathetic robots. I know this put a strain on the process and was frustrating for everyone involved. However, Elaine made the difference. She was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She provided me with assistance, helpful tips and overall encouragement. She is professional and amicable. Her integrity needs not to be questioned.
