Buyer reviewAn El Paso Century 21 realtor who was not licensed in New Mexico got us connected with Elena. She showed us homes 2 years ago when we were visiting so we knew that we felt very comfortable with her and were confident that she was competent and cared that we found the house we could make our home. When we sold our Michigan home, we knew we wanted to have Elena be our realtor. Elena bent over backwards to make this process go as smoothly as possible. She was always kind, prompt, and super helpful in answering the many questions we had. She also handled an awkward situation with the sellers that smoothed out the problem. We would recommend Elena to anyone looking for a home in this area. We are new to this area and felt like we had a friend in Elena. That was comforting when everything in our life was changing.
