Buyer reviewAs a first time homebuyer I was extremely nervous and unsure of the process of purchasing my home. However, my stress and uncertainty was immediately replaced with excitement and empowerment when I was referred to Elisabeth Lugar. Elisabeth was very helpful explaining the process, gave me easy chronological information to follow, and prompt service during the entire process. Her hours extended well beyond the typical 8-5 day and often times seemed on-call anytime I had questions and concerns, and amazingly responding on weekday/weekend nights. I truly was blessed to work with Elisabeth and her friendly business approach always made me feel wanted as a customer and appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about Elisabeth Lugar and would recommend anyone that is a first time buyer to her and her great service.

Buyer reviewWe were so new to the buying expierence. Elisabeth took us under her wing not only being there to answer questions, but always making sure we understood each of the steps necessary to purchase. There was so much to learn, she always communicated with us and I felt so much more confident knowing she was on our side. During the contract period of back and forth she went above and beyond for us, helping us in indianapolis while we were still residing in Chicago. We were even able to close early with the smoothest closing I've ever heard of!! :) Elisabeth was amazing and I will reccomend her to everyone!!
