Early on she said it may take a while, but we will get it sold, and we did! Beth did not give up, but I feel not all agents would have been so supportive throughout our process. Beth was always on top of every single detail and there wasn't a minute of wasted time and there were zero communication gaps. Beth also helped us find (and use) a fantastic home inspector who did a very thorough job. That helped us feel very confident in making our purchase commitment. Again, Beth was simply stellar on every level, from understanding our requirements to helping us negotiate a fair price to executing and concluding the deal.
