The short relationship was because the property sold the first day on market. I feel this is because in was a good property to be purchased, but also because Liz and team kept or expectations on a price realistic. Thank you so much Liz. Both Liz and her daughter were wonderful to work with. I had to sell and buy a few homes in my day, but now were as smooth and fast as this sale.
