Liz was exceptional start to finish. Very knowledgeable, made suggestions to improve the presentation, and kept great communication with me. Being 1,100 miles away, I was provided outstanding confidence from Liz that she could handle any situation that arose. That's a quality trait to possess! Very professional and focused. (this is something we and i'm sure Liz, will never forget). But just to prove how devoted Liz is to having a clients best interest at heart. On the day of our purchase closing we did the final walkthrough together and the house was less than desirable to put it mildly. Liz immedietly got on the phone and spent the entire morning on the phone with the selling agent, our attorney, the sellers attorney (I swear at one point she had a phone in each ear!) and spearheaded a blitz just to make sure that when we finally got the key and unlocked the door to our new house it was as memorable as it should be. that's the type of agent we all need when doing something this important.

Just clicked with her first time we met. Cheerful, positive and friendly personality. Very knowledgeable and made us feel important and comfortable. Her availability was outstanding. Always retuned our phone calls and texts as soon as possible. She also helped us to see properties as soon as possible by using FaceTime on many occasions. Liz went above and beyond our expectations always. She even drove to our pending property in a snowstorm to video a major sewer repair there so we could see that adequate progress was taking place and the project would be completed on time.

To anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home we can't think of anyone better than Liz Hughes. Liz really came in and hit the ground running. From the very first day she demonstrated herself as knowledgable, assertive and very orginized mentally. She had an answer to all our (very many) questions' Never once has she said "I'll get back to you on that". She was able to correctly give us a broad outline of what was to happen from pretty much the first time we sat down together in our dining room. Liz really went above and beyond the role of a real estate agent. Always at the right place at the right time, willing to pick up a box as well as give a reassuring word of confidence when one of the many obsticles or doubts show up. Speaking from what we saw and in a direct comparison between her and the selling agent of our new home there is a difference of night and day. Liz was always very professional and courteous to other agents and home owners but we definitely felt this protectiveness towards us as she instinctually navigated our house searching with exactly what we wanted because she understood our needs and what we were looking for all the while making sure we were always on schedule for selling our home. Liz was amazing throughout the whole process. We closed fairly quickly and sold our house for much more than we anticipated. She is honest and patient and even helped with some appointments we couldn't make while we were working.

Liz was absolutely amazing I cannot rave enough about how she made me feel like her family and her first priority. She was in contact with me daily, keep me in the loop on absolutely everything and even when things got tough she had such a positive attitude she made me feel so comfortable.
