Liz was very knowledgeable about the whole process and if there was anything she wasn't sure about she made sure to check and would get back with me quickly, making everything way easier for me. With my budget I was doubting we could find what I needed but we did! Even though there was a few other offers she made ours look the best to seal the deal! Liz is an amazing agent!! First of all, what a personality! She is upbeat, she gets excited for her clients. When things get stressful, she will calmly let you know what is going on, what the next step is going to be and be right on too of any problem that might arise. Secondly, she was able to "sell" my wife and I to the buyer and get us the SECOND house we looked at! This house already had 2 offers on it. The decision on the house was at 8:00pm on the same day. She got the offer done, immediately. Got it sent in and we had the house by 8:15pm!! We were amazed!!! She also communicated we us through the entire closing process. I, myself, was completely nervous and she had reassuring answers every time I had a question or concern. My wife and I carry around her business card and give them out every time we hear someone is looking for a realtor, or if they are talking about selling. We are blessed to have had Liz as a realtor.
