Buyer reviewLiz was the best person to work with. My lender had other agents for me to work with but I heard about Liz from one of my staff and she did not disappoint. It was really important for me to have an agent that I felt comfortable with and that I could connect with and Liz was that person. I don't think I would be where I am at today without Liz. I highly recommend Liz to anyone especially first time homebuyers who have never been through this process before. Liz was always available to me and just one text away!!!

We communicated regularly throughout the whole process of selling the home. She expertly handled getting the necessary documents needing to be signed, and the setting up for all the house viewings as well as inspections, the appraisal, and contract work needed to satisfy the lender. Buyer reviewIf you are looking for an agent that is on top of it, I would highly recommend Liz Thompson. My husband and I were relocating to Wisconsin from Tennessee. We had a short window to find a home. We were in a new home within 30 days of looking at homes. I have purchased several homes in the past and I would say this was the easiest transaction ever made. While she is busy, she will make sure that she keeps an open communication with you and goes the extra mile for you. In this market with homes selling fast you need to count on a realtor to step it up and work hard for you. Thanks Liz you did a remarkable job, and even though we only have been in our new home for a week and I still have many boxes to go through we are loving it.

As a first time home buyer, Liz was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable with me though my home search which made the process so much easier for me. She was always willing to show me houses around my schedule on nights and weekends. She remained available to answer questions I had in a quick manner. One thing I really appreciated about Liz was her ability to meet me where I was at and help me find a home which was in my price range and met my needs even when I wasn't sure what I was looking for. Liz pays very close attention to detail and was able to explain and give recommendations when drafting an offer. Even after my offer was accepted, Liz checked in and communicated with me on any updates regarding my home. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Liz.

Liz is extremely efficient, accurate, pleasant, knowledgeable and listens...does not make a client feel pressured. We really appreciated her expertise. We were bidding against another party and were able to get a signed contract the same day. If she had dropped the ball in any way, we would not be living in our dream home right now!
