Emily was fantastic on all counts! This is the 4th home I've purchased and was by far the easiest. On a couple of house hunting trips I brought my sons 9 & 6 along. Overall, I found Emily an absolute outstanding agent and true pleasure to work with. She was friendly, had great knowledge of the real estate market, she had an excellent marketing strategy, she priced the house right, gave us excellent guidance.
