Emily took all of my preferences into consideration and worked diligently to make sure i was more than content with the selection of my future home. Emily's knowledgeable of the area made choosing the best suited area for me very easy. She was able to negotiate irresistible terms between myself and the sellers. Her attention to detail was paramount to the successful closing on the home. She caught and corrected any errors from the mortgage and lawyers office up until the very last page of the closing contract was complete. For this to be my first time purchasing a home, Emily made this such a wonderful learning experience.

Buyer reviewEmily Dimaio is one of, if not the, best agent I have worked with (tough competition for the number one spot with my investing partner/agent in another area in the U.S.). She is absolutely phenomenal in every aspect and went above and beyond to get this property through closing. She is continuing to help me, even after closing, with various questions I have had in regards to this property, real estate in the area for investing, as well as other non-real estate questions about being stationed at Fort Polk. There is honestly no way this office has a better agent than Emily. This is highlighting her quality and not meant as a negative to anyone else in the office.
