Buyer reviewWhen answering the phone, she did everything possible for us in getting the property we wanted. We have never used an agent before. We were extremely happy with her and her team and the service provided. We have family and friends looking to move into the area and would recommend Emily Jackson with no questions asked.

Buyer reviewEmily walked my husband and I every step of the way in helping us find a our new home here in Tennessee. We didn't know a lot about the area considering we were moving from South Carolina, but she was more than happy to help us navigate and arrange virtual and in person showings when requested. She has also helped us in referring us to others for various other needs for everyday life here in TN. She was very easy to talk too and responsive when we had questions or concerns that needed to be addressed. I will definitely consider using her again for any future real estate needs we may have. She was a wonderful agent to work with during what is an incredibly stressful time with completing an out of state move.

She is so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and truly had my best interest at heart. She would meet with me on Sunday afternoons because that was when I would be in town. She was just fantastic to work with, communicated extremely well, was always available for questions or to talk things through. She scheduled showings quickly and was honest about her thoughts on the property and offers while also listening to our needs. She has a great personality, easy to talk to while also full on business as needed. I would highly recommend Emily and if in the future we have any needs for selling or buying she will be the one we call.
