Emma Gunn was not only our real estate agent, but so much more! She spent a lot of time with us trying to find the right house, showing us properties in different towns. She always made sure our best interests were priority. She helped us weigh pros & cons and was so patient with us. We finally found the right house, but had a very drawn out, complicated sale. She kept everything moving in the right direction for us and was always our backbone of moral support. She was there with us right to the end. Closing day came and Emma was just as excited for us as we were! We could not have chosen a more professional, efficient, empathetic and genuine agent to work with! I initially spoke with another agent at the office; for whatever reason (he was going on vacation, I was looking at relatively inexpensive properties), I was switched to Emma, and she was a perfect fit for us. I changed both the area I was looking at as well as the type of property and Emma was flexible and responsive. Additionally, she didn't hesitate when we were looking at property in the dead of winter or during mud season- she just brought along snow boots and later, waders! Emma clearly knows everything about the area, and answered every one of my questions thoroughly and quickly, providing business contacts for personnel not affiliated with her- she simply had our best interests at heart. I have had several real estate transactions in my life, and hope to have one or two more. I wish Emma could be my agent for all of them! She was responsive and attentive, and was genuinely interested in ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for.
