Seller reviewI was needing to sell my parents home in order to settle the estate. A new water line, bad green shag carpeting, a small electrical fire, multiple failed deals, and COVID 19 never stopped Eric from getting the house sold and at top dollar! Eric was instrumental in navigating through the never ending litany of things that could go wrong and did go wrong. He found the necessary people and managed the process for me while I was 5 states removed. Eric did an awesome job for our family and we are happy to recommend him.

He made himself available during the entire process to answer questions regarding the sale and purchase of our new home. He was extremely considerate of our schedule and large family to make it convenient to host open houses, show us homes, and arrange our home showings.
