Seller reviewI first obtained the telephone number for Century 21 through the internet, and called and left a message. Eric Greenberg called me back promptly and was informative and helpful on the phone. He seemed very personable and knowledgeable upon meeting him in person. We interviewed a total of four brokers, but he seemed to have the personality that met our needs. Also, he did not overestimate the value of the property as one of the brokers we interviewed did, so we appreciated his accurate assessment of it. The fact that Century 21 had a countrywide profile also helped. Eric was excellent in all aspects of selling the property. For example, there were some minor inaccuracies in the documents, which he fixed when they were brought to his attention. Everything went smoothly and was handled professionally. I also liked that the closing could be done electronically. All in all, what I had anticipated being a long, drawn-out, uncomfortable process, turned out to be a short and sweet experience.
