Eric Hatch did an exceptional job in representing us in our real estate purchase at Lake of the Pines. He was knowledgeable, readily available, and extremly patient through the entire process. He has assisted us in everyway you would expect your real estate agent to perform, all the while demonstrating a kind and caring attitude. He is successful for a reason. Eric was a pleasure to work wit; he is very responsive and was open to showing homes at times that met our schedule which we appreciated. Eric is very knowledgeable about the community; for example, he connected us with reliable contractors and other service providers which we found helpful as we live elsewhere and were purchasing our retirement home.
