Buyer reviewWe met Eric while inquiring about a C21 listed property at a local office. Eric was very helpful and, although we did not purchase the original property that we had inquired about, we asked Eric for his assistance when we ultimately found several additional properties we were interested in. Eric continued to be both extremely helpful and flexible in meeting our needs during the viewing an selection process. We felt that he went out of his way to ensure that our experience from submitting the initial offer to getting the deal done at the closing table was as hassle free as possible.
