When moving from afar you need someone you can count on, I know I can be that person! Providing my clients with the best possible customer service is my number one goal. Using my knowledge of current market trends gives my clients a great advantage. Technology is a major aspect of buying and selling real estate in today's day and age. I keep up to date on all of the new and upcoming technology. This allows my clients to sell/buy homes quicker than your average real estate agent. Seller reviewAfter buying a house 5 years ago with Eric, who was recommended to us by another law enforcement officer who works with my husband, we will not use anyone else. He understands our needs and requests, and is reassuring and patient along the way. We had a very unique and challenging sale of our home and ran into some unforseen speed bumps. Eric was cool, calm, and collected the entire way, ensuring us the entire time that all would work out. It did in the end and the communication was very open and transparent through the whole process. Now having both bought and sold with Eric, we think of him as a friend. He's a great asset to the company.

Seller reviewEvery home is different, Eric did a great Market analysis, came up with an aggressive sales price on our wishes. Lots of showings, several offers, and sold quickly. He was on top of things the whole way, with scheduling things coming up, and always reminding us of upcoming showings or reauired paperwork. Very professional, knows the market, and handles all that uncomfortable sales stuff. We would recommend him to anyone without question.
