Buyer reviewThe home selling and buying experience was a little intimidating and sometimes frustrating. However, Eric was always there to make sure we understood the process and reassure us throughout. Our ideal area for our new home was quite large with a lower volume of homes, and Eric was always more than willing to drive all over the place with us so we could find our perfect home. It's a tough market, but Eric was very encouraging in letting us know that we would find "the one." When we found our new home, it was just an amazing feeling. Eric is the best, and I will always recommend him for anyone buying/selling a home!

Buyer reviewWe couldn't have asked for a better agent. He was always there to handle issue after issue that popped up. He worked with us on everything we asked for. And he was always quickly available for questions or anything that we needed. He also took time out of his busy schedule quickly whenever a house popped up that we wanted to see. And when our search moved, 30 mins further than it originally was, we never felt it was inconvenient for him. He always made us feel like a top priority.
