Erica is very passionate, extremely professional, personable and aggressive when necessary. Upon our first meeting, Erica struck me as being very confident, result driven and proven. Very convincing that she would get the most challenging of jobs done such as our contingency sale (quickly) while not being pushy to curb our decision making. She clearly understood our needs and took the bull by the horns to get it done. And she did!!! I couldn't have asked for a better real estate professional.
