Well I can start by saying Erick Castro is seriously amazing ! That word doesn't even jutify how great he was to us ! I can really write a whole essay. We struggled with personal problems the first time we tried getting a house and Erick really tried to do everything in his power to make it work. Even though my mom gave up and said she would just try next year. Erick castro continued to send me homes that we can qualify for. And always asked if we ever changed our minds on any style, to let him know. So that he can send us houses we would love. Always very considerate on our likings and always remembered every detail we would tell him ! As soon as we started looking again, you can see the excitement he had because he knew about our personal life and knew how much we've been struggling that he really enjoyed helping every single day ! His energy was speechless ! I felt as if we were going to be his last client. He really gave it his all and never gave up. No matter how many times my mom said, "I don't like this floor" "the room is too small" "the kitchen is small" "I don't like the area". She wouldn't even walk in the house and would automatically say no. He would still find us new houses and came back with an even better energy to find us our dream house. And so he did, with a great deal ! I will definitely recommend him for the rest of my life! No one does it like Erick Castro !

I will highly recommend Erick Castro To friends and family because he makes everything understandable and always finds a way to help with the negotiation.
