Buyer reviewTypically, I would have suggestions for improvement, but Erick handled everything very well. I don't know much about property, so I can't say if any aspect was lacking. Erick answered all of my questions, provided me with feedback so I could learn about properties, he was available any time, and even provided help after closing was completed. Especially for someone who wasn't on commission for this property, he went well above and beyond.

He is very easy to work with and does an excellent job of explaining all parts of the process. He is readily available and never makes you fell like you are bothering him or wasting his time. Erick is an honest and trustworthy person and we highly reccomend him. You will be very happy with your result whether you are buying or selling.
