As a long-time resident of Eastern North Carolina, I am an expert on the area and the market. My family has been in Eastern, NC since 2003. We are so glad to be back in the area I called home as child. My husband Greg and I have two children. After a stint in the Army and an amazing career in television, he came to East Carolina University to work in college athletics. We both agree that Eastern North Carolina is an amazing place to call home!

Buyer reviewErin came highly recommended from some close friends who bought homes with her. We had looked at homes months prior with another agent with another group - and were highly unsatisfied. So much so, that we stopped looking and lost faith in the entire process, convinced we would never find a home in Greenville that met our specific needs and budget. Erin was great and really helped us hone in on exactly what we wanted - and only showed us those options (and some alternatives, just so we had an idea). To be fair, I'm quite specific about things and she seemed to appreciate that (while the other agent seemed to be annoyed). After our first day looking at houses, we realized that she may be able to find us the home of our liking. We found a house that was in the process of being built. She helped walk us through the entire process - even sat in to check out the interior décor options we picked. She was also there for the beginning of our walk-through.
