He and Erin would go look at a property, and if it was one that was acceptable, I'd run up and take a look. Their working together saved me a lot of time and miles. Erin always had relevant comments that I found invaluable. Her communication skills were outstanding. She really looked out for our best interests. Erin was on top of everything. Even when things "disappeared", she tracked them down. When it came down to closing, she managed to find the missing keys.
